Endurance plate product features:
(1) light transmittance: the maximum light transmittance of endurance plate is up to 89%, which is in the same phase with glass. UV coating plate in the sun will not produce yellow, atomization, pervious to light is not good, after 10 years pervious to light loss is only 10%, PVC loss rate is up to 15% -20%, glass fiber is 12%-20%.
(2) anti-impact: endurance plate impact strength is ordinary glass 250-300 times, the same thickness of acrylic plate 30 times, is tempered glass 2-20 times, with 3kg hammer below two meters drop also without cracks, there is "not broken glass" and "ring steel" reputation.
(3) UV protection: one side of the PC board is co-squeezed with an anti-uv (UV) coating, and the other side has anti-condensation treatment, which integrates the functions of anti-uv, heat insulation and anti-fog drop. It is suitable for protecting valuable works of art and exhibits from uv rays.
(4) light weight: the weight of endurance plate is only half of that of glass, saving the cost of transportation, unloading, installation and supporting the frame.
(5) flame retardant: the national standard gb50222-95 confirmed that the endurance plate is difficult to burn a class, namely B1 class. PC endurance plate's own ignition point is 580℃, from the fire after self-extinguishing, combustion will not produce toxic gas, will not contribute to the spread of the fire.
(6) bendability: it can be installed into arch, semicircle roof and window by cold bending in the site according to the design drawing. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate.
(7) temperature adaptability: PC endurance plate at -40℃ does not occur cold and brittle, at 125℃ does not soften, in the harsh environment of its mechanics, mechanical properties are not significantly changed.
(8) energy saving: keep cool in summer, keep warm in winter, thermal conductivity of endurance plate is lower than ordinary glass and other plastics (K value), thermal insulation effect is 7% to 25% higher than the same glass, thermal insulation of endurance plate is up to 49%. So that the heat loss is greatly reduced, used in the building with warm equipment, is environmentally friendly materials.
(9) sound insulation: endurance board sound insulation effect is obvious, than the same thickness of glass and the sub-force board has better sound insulation, in the same thickness of the condition, endurance board sound insulation than glass increased 5-9db.
