1. 3, in the installation, to use neutral sealant, and before use must check whether it is compatible with the endurance plate special sealant. Do not use alkaline colloid.
4, endurance plate can be cold bending along the direction of the rib into different bending radius arch, different thickness of endurance plate cold bending minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate, if the actual bending radius of the plate is lower than the limit bending, the plate is easy to burst, the company does not provide any quality assurance for the installation beyond the bending radius.
5, when the installation needs to drill holes in the board, should first drill holes, and then gradually expand to the required diameter. The size of the hole away from the edge of the plate shall not be less than 40mm. The diameter of the hole should be more than 50% of the diameter of the bolt to adapt to the expansion and contraction of the plate.
6, plate taboo contact with acid, alkaline substances and corrosive organic solvents, such as alkali, alkaline salt, amine, ketone, aldehyde, acid, ether, halogenated hydrocarbon, acidic glass glue.
7. The plate shall not be covered or overlapped. Because the plank that overlaps installation is in heat bilge the internal stress that cold contracts to produce is bigger, cause the bursting of plank and blast seam more easily.
8. Installation method: please refer to the installation instruction for details, and pay special attention to the following points
A. When the outdoor installation or temperature difference is above ±8 ℃, the hole diameter of any bolt or rivet must be increased to allow the reserved amount of temperature expansion and shrinkage. General aperture must be greater than 50% of bolt diameter.
B. All holes shall be filled with neutral glue, and the exposed part shall be coated with neutral glue to prevent riveting head from directly pressing the plate surface and reduce the pressure.
C. the upper screw should not be too tight, or it will cause stress. Screws must be added with gasket or washers to avoid local high pressure damage to the plate.
D. do not use PVC gasket and waterproof adhesive cloth containing asphalt.
E. Add metal battening for long and short edges, and reserve expansion space to strengthen the fixing force.
F. During cold bending, avoid using screws to fix the bending part, or it will burst easily.
9. If have fill seam material, grease, coating and so on adhesion, pollution PC board surface, be sure to be in its not hardened before, with soft cloth stained with wine to remove. Do not use benzene, gasoline, acetone or carbon tetrachloride cleaning, at the same time to avoid direct sunlight or forced bending construction, solvent cleaning, otherwise it will produce cracks. PC board surface dust, dirt generally with soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent wipe, then rinse thoroughly with clean water, finally with soft cloth wipe dry.
10. Storage and transportation of PC board:
Avoid placing heavy objects on the PC board in the transportation process, also can not be sharp contact plate: coil loading and unloading with machinery, or use the vehicle springboard carefully unloading. In addition, PC board can not be exposed to the outdoor storage, should be placed in a cool place.
11. Cleaning of PC board:
Small area cleaning: rinse with warm water;
Rinse with neutral soap or household detergent with warm water and remove dust and dirt with a soft fabric or sponge. Rinse with cold water and wipe dry spots with a soft cloth.
Large area cleaning: flush with water faucet or high-pressure water gun;
Water additions should be compatible with the PC board.
Cleaning precautions:
Do not burnish or clean PC board with strong alkali, do not wipe the surface with dry hard cloth or hard brush, so as not to produce hair phenomenon.
Do not use butyl alcohol and isopropanol solution to clean anti - uv PC plate.
Recommended cleaning solvent:
Anhydrous alcohol, petroleum ether (BP65), ethane, conane. To avoid the PC plate and insoluble chemical contact.
